Your account is typically set up by a group facilitator. They will create an account for you and provide you with a username/email and a password. You may also receive a smart link for easy access.
To sign in, follow these simple steps:

Enter the username you were given into the Email/Username field.

Note: Only use the username that was assigned to you. This username is not your personal email. Avoid clicking on the Continue with Google or Sign Up with Email options ➤ those are intended for other group formats.

Type your password into the Password field.
If you were provided an invite link, but not a pre-made account, this step applies to you:
- If you have an invite link, just click on it. You can then create an account using your email or Google account. If you've already created an account and have an invite link, don't worry! Just use the last word(s) after “/invite/” in the link as your invite code.
