Now that you have signed in, your first step involves completing a presurvey to tailor your experience. Here's a simple guide:
1. Take a Survey
- Begin by rating your feelings on a scale—think of it as expressing how much you agree or disagree. Don't worry; it's straightforward and not a test!
- Once you've answered, click the Submit button.
2. View Your Results
- After submitting your answers, a graph will appear. It visually represents your strengths across the different protective factors. It's a unique way to see where you are at! Here is an example.
3. Reflect on Your Protective Factors
- Next, you'll reflect on which protective factors you'd like to focus on and grow. Share your thoughts and click Submit again.
4. Finish and Continue
- Congratulations! You've completed the presurvey. The Finish Screen will appear, showcasing your progress. The Continue button at the bottom will become clickable.
- Click Continue and you're all set to explore your assignments and delve into the exciting features Journey.do has to offer!
Remember, this presurvey is a one-time process. However, after completing each assigned Journey, you'll also participate in a post-survey. We'll cover that later.
