After submitting your stories, you will need to wait for your story to be reviewed and accepted by at least one dedicated reviewer in your group. The story may either be accepted or returned depending on whether it has met the story criteria.
How do I know if my story was accepted?
- Find the Notification: At the top of your home feed, you will see a notification that says that your story was reviewed and accepted. You may click on the notification to see the feedback from the reviewer. You may also leave a comment on the reviewer's feedback.
- Module Card: When your story is accepted, there will be a green thumbs-up icon on the card of the module where you submitted the story.
- Within the Apply Page: On the Apply page within the module, it will explicitly say that the story was published.
What shall I do if my story is returned?
- If you see this gold return icon on your modules, it means that your story was returned.
- Check the notification on your feed. If it says your story was returned and to make your revisions, click on the notification to see the feedback.
- Click on the Revise button and make your revisions based on the reviewer's suggestions. Resubmit the story.
- Wait until the revised story is reviewed and published.
- Typically, stories will be reviewed within 48 to 72 hours from when they were submitted. If the story is not reviewed after 72 hours, please reach out to your group leader or facilitator for assistance.
