As a Facilitator, you can follow these steps to create your account:
- Some organizations may be provided with a special URL (invite link) so members can log in within their subdomain.
- Contact your group manager or our support team to know if there is an invite link for your group.
- Paste the invite link into your device browser. You will be asked to join the group. Click on Continue.
- On the login page, create your account by using either of these options:
- Continue with Google: you may use this option if you have any Google account on the device you’re using. You will no longer be asked to set up a password with this option as this automatically links your Google account to your Journey.do account.
- Sign Up with Email: provide your first name, last name, email address, and password.
Important: Invite codes are usually given during the customer onboarding meetings. If you don’t have one, please reach out to your organization head or our support team
