When building a Growth Plan, you can now include AI Intake transcripts, past session notes, and supporting files to provide full context. Follow the steps below:
- Go to Champion Dashboard --> Users tab. Search for the learner you are creating the plan for.
If the learner has completed the AI Intake, you’ll see ✓ AI Intake [date] and a Create Growth Plan link. Click the link to get to the builder page.
In the Growth Plan Builder:
Upload Files: You may add multiple files at a time (mp4, m4a, txt, vtt, pdf, image).
Include Notes: Click the box to open the Notes list window and select the ones you want to include.
Add Additional Context: Enter any specific instructions for the AI.
(Optional) Check the Save as Note to store attached files as a separate note.
Click Build Growth Plan with AI to start generating the plan.
