Tracking your members' progress is possible through various places across the platforms. Here are the ways how you can view each of your members' activity and progress:
Option 1: To view the member's certs progress from the Champion Dashboard app
1. Access the Champion Dashboard and click on the Users tab.
2. Using the group selector dropdown at the top of the dashboard, select the group/s to filter the members that you want to see. The table will display all members of the groups you selected.
3. On the columns for Assigned Certs and Other Certs, there are colored rectangular icons that represent the number of certs that are assigned and not assigned to the members.
(Note: Assigned Certs are determined by the group facilitator and are required for the member to finish. While Other Certs are those that were not assigned but are available for the member and they have voluntarily worked on.)
Color coding of the icons:
- Full gray - assigned cert that has 0 progress so far
- Combined gray and yellow - cert that has partial progress
- Full yellow - completed cert
- Full red - assigned cert that's overdue
