Incorporating AI into our platform enhances the capabilities of facilitators by analyzing user-written stories to provide tailored and impactful feedback.
Important: Our AI is uniquely designed to prioritize user privacy by promptly deleting data, ensuring the protection of our users' sensitive information.
Currently, there are two ways to generate AI insight within the Champion app:
Option 1: From the User's Profile:
1. Go to the Champion Dashboard > User tab. On the table, search or select the member you need to gain insights from. Click on the name.
2. Click on the "AI Insights" beside the name of the member.
3. A subsection containing the AI insights will open. This showcases the member's goals, strengths, challenges, and suggestions for personal connection.
(Important: Insights will only work if the member has published stories.)
Option 2: When Creating a Transition Plan:
1. Navigate to the Champion Dashboard > Plans tab.
2. Click on the Create New button in the upper-right corner. Select Transition Plan from the available templates.
3. Choose the member you need to create the Transition Plan for.
4. On the left side of the editor, under Highlighted Stories, select the stories that you wish to highlight and most significant to the member's growth.
5. Click on "AI Insights" and a subsection for the AI feedback will open. The feedback includes suggested responses for the "Celebrating You" and "Moving Forward" sections of the Transition Plan and can be copied and pasted directly into the editor.
