Group Managers now have the ability to set and change some basic settings in their groups such as the following:
- Group Name
- Parent Group
- Assigned Library
- Members' ability to post on the feed
- Members' ability to leave comments on stories and posts
- Members' ability to message group leaders and/or other members
Note that changing the settings is only available to Managers. While Leaders can view the settings, they are not permitted to make any changes.
To access the group setting, follow the guide below:

Access the Champion Dashboard. Go to Groups tab.
- Click on the card of the group that you need to edit.
- Click on the Settings section to see the current settings. Make the changes as necessary and click on Save.
Important things to remember when making changes:
- All changes are applied immediately upon clicking on Save.
- Changing the Parent Group may affect the libraries that are available and assigned to the group.
- Changing the library will also change the journeys or certificates that the members have access to.
- Changing the ability of managed users to send messages must be paired with the ability to message managers/group leaders. Also, changes to this setting will only be applied to the new members and not retroactively.
