Group Leaders may download their members' completed certificates from both the Learner app and Champion app.
Download a Certificate from the Champion App:
- In the Champion app, click on the Users tab.
- Search for the member whose certificate you need to download. (Make sure that the correct group is selected at the top filter to easily find the member.)
- Go into the member's profile by clicking on the name.
- Go to the Resources section. Under 'Certificates', you will find all certificates that the member has completed.
- Click on the download icon beside the certificate you wish to download and a PDF copy will be downloaded to your device.
