AI Virtual Intake is a feature that allows learners to complete their intake through an AI-guided conversation instead of a traditional intake session. This process gathers key details about their goals, priorities, and needs, giving Champions valuable insights to create more personalized Growth Plans.

The intake is completed through a secure, structured chat in the learner’s Journey.do app.
A full transcript of the conversation is saved in the learner’s Notes section for easy reference.
Important: The AI Intake does not automatically create a Growth Plan. Champions retain full control over planning and certificate selection.
How to Enable AI Virtual Intake
Go to the Champion Dashboard.
In the Users Table, locate the learner you want to enable intake for.
Under the Growth Plan column, check “Require AI Intake.”
Note: If the learner already has a Growth Plan, the Require AI Intake option will not appear.
The learner will be prompted to complete the intake at their FIRST login.
Once AI Intake has been completed:
The Growth Plan column updates with the intake completion date.
A full transcript is generated and saved under Notes.
