When creating Plans (Growth & Transition) for a member, some people's participation, approval, or consent may be necessary. Our Plans have a feature that allows sharing and requesting e-signatures.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to share a plan and request for signature:

Access the Champion Dashboard. Click on the Plans tab on the left navigation menu.

Create a Plan.
- We have two available plan templates: a Growth Plan (for Intake) and a Transition Plan (for Outtake).

Fill in the Plan Details.
- Based on the plan template that you chose, complete the details that are being asked for.

Add Recipient's Name.
- On the Signature section, click 'Add Signature'. Enter the Title and Name of the person you are requesting the signature of. (you may add more than one if needed).

Choose Sending Method.
- You can choose to send a copy of the plan and request for signature via email, text message, or both. Enter the email address and/or the mobile number of the recipient.
- The Send buttons will only be clickable AFTER the plan is published.
- Note: If you need to just add the names but do not require their signatures, check the box for "I have permission to sign for this recipient". Otherwise, leave it unchecked.

Publish Plan.

Click on the Publish Plan button to enable the Send buttons on the Signature section.

You may already check the box for "Allow member to view published plan" even without the signatures yet.

Send Email or SMS.
- After publishing the plan, the Send button is automatically enabled so you can send a copy of the plan to the designated recipients to request for signatures.
- You may also view the shared copy by clicking on View Shareable Link and pasting it into a separate browser.

Signature Upload.
- The recipient will get an email or text message with a link to the published plan. They can review the plan and give their consent by drawing their signature on the document straight from their desktop or mobile phone.

Automatic Update of Plan.
- Once the signature is uploaded, the original plan is updated to include the recipient’s title, name, and signature. A PDF copy can be downloaded and printed.

'Received Signature' Notification.
- Each time that a recipient signs the plan, the publisher will be notified via email.
- On the plan editor, the corresponding name will be marked with "Signed By Recipient".

Previous Signed Version
- If any changes are made to the published plan after it has been signed, the document will also be updated and tagged as "Signed Previous Version".

This enhanced feature is designed to facilitate better communication and involvement with the people who are responsible for the member's growth, ensuring their active participation in the process.
